Aviacenter will develop a strategy for the development of a new airport in the Volga Federal District of the Russian Federation. 15.02.2021 00:00
Business strategy for a new airport in one of the Volga cities will be developed by the Center for Strategic Development in Civil Aviation (Aviacenter). As part of the project, the Aviacenter will evaluate the demand for transport services and determine options for infrastructure development, carry out financial and economic modeling and PPP project structuring. At the first stage, objectives will be determined, marketing analysis, forecast of cargo and passenger air traffic will be carried out, airport route network development strategy and commercial development plan will be developed. At the second stage, there will be prepared concept for the development of airport infrastructure facilities, costs assessment for the development of infrastructure facilities, financial plan, PPP project will be structured, organizational plan and schedule for implementing the strategy will be drawn up.
