TSC implemented a project to justify a loan using preferential financing within the framework of programs implemented by VEB.RF.
During the project implementation, an analysis of the traffic forecast, marketing planning for the development of transportation markets for the transport hub, justification of the technical and economic parameters for the development of infrastructure facilities, justification and verification of planned capital costs, and a financial and economic justification of the investment project were carried out.
The work was completed in a short time. VEB.RF approval for the transaction was received.
The consortium Transport Strategy Center (TSC) provides expert consulting assistance to regional authorities and transport organizations in developing comprehensive strategies for the development of transport infrastructure projects and attracting public and private funding for their implementation.
