ON THE 8-9 SEPTEMBER THE 1st INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE “REGIONAL AVIATION OF RUSSIA AND CIS – 2011” WILL TAKE PLACE IN RUSSIAN PARLIAMENT 29.07.2011 00:03
The 1st International Conference "Regional Aviation of Russia and CIS - 2011" under the official auspices and participation of Lower and Upper Chambers of Russian Parliament and federal and regional state executive bodies of the Russian Federation will take place on the 8-9 September this year. Among conference participants are invited the Federal Government of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Federal Air Transport Agency, Regional Governments of the Russian Federation, top-managers of the regional airlines and airports of Russia, the CIS and Europe, top-managers of enterprises producing and trading regional aircraft. The main goal of the Conference is to provide an opportunity to governmental and business representativesfor comprehensive discussion of allissues related to the regional aviation development and for exchange of airlines, airportsand other industry enterprises best practices.The main aspects of the legalaviation regulation and mechanisms for development are to be discussed during the Conference with the participation of the federal and regional authorities and aviation business representatives.During the Conference practical seminars will take place. Leading Russian experts will share their experience with regional authorities and managers of the regional airlines and airports on strategic planning of regional aviation development, strategic planning for regional airlines and airports.
The Center for Strategic Development in Civil Aviation will present a speech on innovative federal and inter-regional projects in the development of regional and commuter air transport services, the federal and regional governments will take an opportunity to discuss with aviation business enterprises main issues of regulations that needed to be changed to foster development of this segment.
