The Conference is the largest annual professional industry event  for Eurasian region, addressing the key issues of regional and local air transportation development at the state and business levels, improvement of regulatory issues and practices exchange between airlines and airports.
The conference will be attended by the heads and experts of the federal legislative and executive public authorities, regional and trunk airlines, manufacturers and suppliers of regional aircraft, regional airport authorities, ministers of transport of regions of the Russian Federation and the CIS countries, suppliers of innovative solutions and aviation products, financial institutions, international and Russian associations, media.
The Conference delegates will discuss forecasts for the recovery and development of regional air transportation during the recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic, key trends in the development of regional passenger and cargo transportation industry in the new crisis reality, new principles and approaches in interaction between market players, as well as issues of production, supply and leasing of aircraft. The delegates will also be able to take part in discussing and developing state support measures to help regional aviation overcome the crisis.
During the Conference there will be held the Strategic Session aimed at formulating proposals and measures of support and development for regional aviation and improving the regulatory framework for regional aviation and airport operations. The results of the Strategic Session will be presented to the federal executive and legislative authorities.
The Conference program includes the workshop "Up-to-date instruments of development of regional air transport", which will be held by leading experts of the AVIACENTER for the heads of regional airlines and regional ministers of transport.
As a tradition, at the event there will be presentations of new aircraft, the leading projects and innovative solutions for regional aviation, also the exhibition of equipment and technologies will take place during the Conference.
For participants of the Conference "Regional Aviation of Russia and CIS – 2020" special terms for participation in the VIII International Conference "Airports Development – 2020" (October 21, 2020), the IX International Conference "Airport Design, Construction and Operations – 2020" (October 22, 2020), and the I International Conference "Future Passenger & Cargo Terminals – 2020" (October 23, 2020) are provided.
The X International Conference "Regional Aviation of Russia and CIS – 2020" is organized by the Center for Strategic Development in Civil Aviation (AVIACENTER).
